Aperture Telescopes Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final 

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through aperturetelescopes.com. 

Non-Refundable Items or Services 

All items or services purchased from Aperture Telescopes are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Aperture Telescopes. This policy applies but is not limited to: Tangible Products, Digital Products, Services, Events, Subscription Services, Custom-made Items, Sale Items. 

Products not in stock -For products that have a lead time of 4 weeks or more, we require an advance of 50% of price, GST and shipping, to start work on the product(s). Please note that this advance is non-refundable. 

Stargazing Events: We conduct astronomical stargazing events for individuals, schools, institutions etc. An advance amount of 50% of price and GST, needs to be paid to secure the date. Please note that this amount is non-refundable. In case of prediction of bad weather, clouds, whenever the stargazing event cannot be conducted, change of date or rescheduling is allowed once only. The change of date needs to be intimated to us at least 1 day in advance of the booked date. The rescheduled new date needs to be explicitly confirmed with us beforehand. 

Weather and clouds are not in our control. In case if we arrive at the location with personnel and equipment and are not able to conduct the event because of weather, clouds or any other force majeure, full payment must be made to us as agreed. 

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy 

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include: 

Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 72 hours, (3 days) of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at our discretion. This exception does not include items that have been damaged in transit by the courier company. Please refer to our shipping policy for detailed steps that you need to perform at the time of receiving your shipment to get a claim from the courier company for all damages. 

Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 72 hours, (3 days] for a possible refund or exchange. 

Shipping cost for wrong item dispatched, defective items, damaged items, not including those damages which have occurred during shipping, the customer needs to send the product back to our workshop at his/her own cost. Workshop address – Plot No 75, Sector 1, Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122051, India. Once we have received the complete product inventory, packaging, manuals at our workshop, we would dispatch the replacement without any further cost to the customer. 

Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not fully delivered or does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised, a partial or full refund may be considered. 

Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honoured.
